How we measure visits
We count how many people use the scheduler and how far they get toward booking a cage. It is deliberately anonymous: we cannot tell who you are from anything we keep.
What we count
- Page views of the scheduler, and how many separate browsers those came from.
- Steps toward a booking: opening Book a Cage, picking a rental type, picking a cage or field area, starting the booking form, and finishing a reservation.
- How you arrived — for example a Google search, a Google ad, a social link, or typing the address in — plus any campaign tag in the link you followed.
- Whether the browser is a phone, tablet, or computer.
- The approximate city our host already reports for the connection, such as “Broken Arrow, OK”.
What we never collect
- No IP addresses, raw or scrambled.
- No precise or GPS location.
- No names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
- No payment details of any kind.
- No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts from us.
How a repeat visit is recognised
Your browser stores one random number for this site. It is generated on your device, means nothing anywhere else, and is not linked to a reservation, a name, or an email address. It lets us tell one visitor coming back from two different visitors, and nothing more. Clearing your site data erases it, and a new random number takes its place.
Reservations are separate
The details you type to reserve a cage — the responsible adult’s name, email, phone, waiver signature, and payment method — are used to run your booking and are stored with your reservation. They are never copied into visit measurement, and measurement never reads a form field.
How long it is kept
Individual visit records are deleted automatically after 180 days. Before they are deleted, they are reduced to plain daily counts (for example “14 page views on this day, 2 reservations”), which is what long-range totals are built from.
Turn measurement off
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we already leave you out. You can also switch it off for this browser here — booking still works exactly the same either way.
